We continue with week 13 in the final 100 days of the year of becoming fully alive. This week we explore joy which wasn’t thoroughly en-joy-ed at the time.
This week’s meditation softens our mind to remember moments that holds sweet juice.
As always, I recommend making a little deal with yourself – listen to this before you get out of bed and even before you check any messages. This will anchor the insertion point for a new morning routine. Try this all week and see fourteen flavors of juice (two each day) fill your world with their old/new tastes.

It’s So Delicious
It’s so delicious to realize how many different things you’re simultaneous feeling – the collision, the contrast, the layers upon layers. It’s more delicious still to feel simpler. You can feel simpler. I feel simpler still as time goes by. By that I mean I feel, I sense in a more simple way.
